RisingPhoenix privacy policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026 · risingphoenix.app
RisingPhoenix is a skill game on the web and, when listed, on Google Play. Both open the same site. This page explains what we store and why.
Who we are
The game is operated from the United Kingdom. Contact: admin@risingphoenix.app.
What we store
- Name you type — used on the public leaderboard. For the 300 challenge we ask for a real first and last name that matches your ID.
- Scores — points from a run, time of the run, and a random device id so we can review prize claims.
- Email — only if you submit a prize claim so we can contact you.
- On your device — lives, high score, graphics setting, sound, and any rebirth pass you bought. That stays in your browser unless you clear site data.
Payments
Optional rebirth passes are paid through Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers checkout.
What is public
The leaderboard is public: name and score can be seen by other players. Do not use a name you do not want shown.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use advertising trackers on the game.
- Shop purchases do not change prize eligibility.
300 challenge
Any prize is paid by the operator after a run is checked. Amount is 100 in the winner’s chosen currency. You must be 16 or over and show ID that matches the name on the leaderboard. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must help collect it. Google and Stripe do not pay the prize.
How long we keep it
Leaderboard rows stay while the challenge is running. Prize emails are kept only as long as needed to pay or reject a claim. Email us to ask for a score or claim to be removed.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct a name, or ask us to delete a leaderboard row or prize claim. Write to admin@risingphoenix.app.
